When people find out I’m an actor, often the first question they ask is “Film or theatre?” I’ve always answered film because that’s been what I wanted to do since I first wanted to act, and more recently screen acting is the only kind I do. But like many actors, I got my start in theatre.
Mornings here in Calgary have been gloomy these last few days. I’ve noticed this because my room at my mom’s house hasn’t got curtains yet and the sun shines directly in my face, waking me up on non-gloomy mornings. These gloomy ones, however, I’m able to sleep through.
In November last year, I was lucky enough to play Hanna in Snowshoe & Monster, a webseries pilot for Telus Storyhive. We had three days and $10K to make the best pilot we could.

2018 has been interesting in a good way. As with nearly every year, 2018 started with parties. Then there were a few days of chilling and getting organized in preparation for the upcoming year.

I don’t know why I don’t write much anymore. It isn’t like interesting things aren’t happening to me.
Not too long ago I was cast in a film. It was pretty cool. I haven’t entirely finished filming my parts but I’m mostly done, and I’m excited to share it.
I realize it’s been a month since I last wrote. To be fair, I was off-grid for half of that, trying to make money planting trees before September creeps along and school starts.
