School and Sleep

Okay, okay. I’ve got some explaining to do. It’s actually really simple. I couldn’t upload my pictures for some reason or another. And how can I write a post about my new shelves without even showing you my new shelves?

Anyhow, I figured I had to write something while I figured out my picture problem. So here you are.

School is going well. Today was my first day (not including the week-long orientation thing we had to do) and I like it so far. I might start wearing my glasses to school though because doing graphic design means I’m basically staring at a computer screen for four hours a day which is no fun with contacts. Doing all my work on the school computers has its benefits, too. I don’t have to carry heavy books around all the time, or my laptop (though granted, I often do anyway).

I feel like I finish school earlier than I otherwise would be getting out of bed, and as a result have more hours to do things. Of course, even though I’m waking up much earlier than my old time of day, I never seem to go to sleep any earlier. So I end up spending my extra hours taking long naps in the middle of the day instead of blogging, or I reach the end of the day too tired to blog. And then things like this recently abysmal blogging schedule happen and I feel bad and find myself in bed at 9:30pm, typing out some nonsense because I had nothing better to offer.

But hey, you’ve read it anyway.

…okay I’ll try harder.

P.S. I’ll probably start posting my graphic design assignments as they’re marked so keep an eye out!
