(#20) Weeklies

Yes, this Weeklies is going to be on a Thursday. It’s been a crazy week and it’s not even over yet, so you’ll have to make do with this. I’ll tell you about my week soon enough. There’s a lot to catch up on.

Let’s start with music.

Halsey’s entire BADLANDS album got me through an intense week. Often, I’ll get into just a couple of songs from a new artist or band at a time, and that’s how this started, too. But then I discovered that all of her songs are good. Really good. I also discovered that if I blast it loud enough, it’s music I can actually write to. Bonus!

Can I choose Fresh Off The Boat again? Sure I can, it’s my blog.

YouTube Video:

That time I tried to get my bed back from Foxy. Can’t wait to hug her again!

Internet Video:

So accurate.

Studying Snack: Haribos are the UK brand name for bags of dummy candies. I bought a bag against my better judgement. I see why they’re so popular.

Food: Poutine. I miss it.

And that’s it for this month’s Weeklies. Is there anything you’ve been enjoying lately? Tell me in the comments below and maybe I’ll check it out!

I live in Calgary, Canada where I was born and raised, but I lived in Winchester, England for three years while in university. When I was fourteen, I decided there weren’t enough books in the world and set out to make more. Since then, I’ve been writing non-stop and aim to work in the book industry. I have two blogs: PrecariousWriter.com is my personal blog where I'll write about anything. PrecariousReader.com is book and writing-related posts including reviews, poems, short stories and articles.
